SURVEYS

 

We are often asked by businesses of all descriptions to carry out Surveys amongst the Industry.

This is a service that we are able to provide for you, although we regret that we are unable to supply lists of contacts for sale or rent. Also the results of any survey will be supplied anonymously as we are unable to disclose the contact details of any respondent.

Subject to regulatory requirements, we can carry out a survey on your behalf by using your own customer data.  These results can be reported to you in full.  These satisfaction surveys can help most growing IFA business by giving them insight on a range of topics. In addition we have worked with service providers, such as Investment Houses, DFM Life Companies etc. and have obtained industry insights for them.

 

How it Works

As a starting point, we will discuss with you what you are hoping to achieve by carrying out the survey and can provide helpful suggestions as to the question set or subject to approval use your own set of questions.

It is a well-known fact that how surveys ask a question can dramatically influence the answers received. We will work with you to ensure that the results you receive are accurate and not skewed as a result of the way questions have been asked.

If there is an opinion you would like from a specific person or company, we will do our best to contact them on your behalf.

With today’s technology, the ability to create, design and distribute surveys has increased  enormously,  we are able to design sophisticated surveys which will help provide you with insightful data and minimise the pitfalls  such as “survey fatigue” which prevent many surveys obtaining  meaningful feedback
