Many people have enquired about informal valuations and the term “these are provided at our cost” and I’m happy to clear that up, these are provided entirely, free to you; the cost of our time to produce them is absorbed by ourselves.  You may be seeking a valuation from another source, that is fine, but we would be happy to give you a second opinion” at our cost” 

I can report that the market remains buoyant at the moment and I have received several calls from acquirers keen to reiterate that despite the current climate of uncertainty, they are still in the market to purchase businesses of any shape or size. There are good amounts being achieved by vendors now and meetings by phone, zoom or teams are easy to arrange.
